The path that each person takes on their Trisomy 13/18 journey is unique and yet those experiences form an invaluable source of strength and hope to others.

‘You’re not Alone’ was created, in conjunction with Soft, to provide insight into the experiences of others and demonstrate that you are never alone, no matter what choices you make following a Trisomy 13/18 diagnosis. Photographer Ceridwen Hughes has captured some of these experiences through a short film and conversations with families. We are grateful to composer Michael Speed for creating the beautiful music to accompany the films.
