We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to work on our exciting new project Rare Aware.  The Rare Aware project has been designed to specifically raise awareness of rare diseases and their impact on people and the communities they live in with specific geographic area of North Wales.  The Project Co-ordinator will work closely with the rest of the Same but Different team and external stakeholders to deliver existing project commitments.  The applicant must be bilingual in English and Welsh as the role will involve the translation of literature, whilst also assisting in the promotional activities surrounding the project.  As a small team we will work closely together to achieve our aims.

 This is a 31-month fixed term contract to start as soon as possible. The hours of work are 18 hours a week (worked flexibly according to the need of the project) including some morning, evening and weekend work.  The applicant must be a team player, flexible and organised with good communication skills. The post will be based in Mold and operate throughout North Wales. Applicants must have use of their own car, for which expenses are paid. A Disclosure and Barring Service notification will be required.

 Mae Same but Different yn gwmni budd cymunedol sy'n defnyddio'r celfyddydau i godi ymwybyddiaeth o anabledd ac i wrthsefyll rhagfarn. Rydym yn annog pobl i edrych y tu hwnt i’r argraff gyntaf a darparu cyfeirbwyntiau i sefydliadau cefnogi.

Rydym yn chwilio am Gydlynydd Prosiect i weithio ar ein prosiect newydd cyffrous, Rare Aware. Mae'r prosiect Rare Aware wedi'i gynllunio i godi ymwybyddiaeth benodol o glefydau prin a'u heffaith ar bobl a'r cymunedau y maent yn byw ynddynt, o fewn ardal ddaearyddol benodol Gogledd Cymru. Bydd y Cydlynydd Prosiect yn cydweithio'n agos â gweddill y tîm Same But Different a rhanddeiliaid allanol i gyflawni ymrwymiadau presennol y prosiect. Rhaid i'r ymgeisydd fod yn ddwyieithog, yn y Gymraeg a'r Saesneg, gan y bydd y rôl yn golygu cyfieithu llenyddiaeth, tra hefyd yn cynorthwyo â’r gweithgareddau hyrwyddo sy'n gysylltiedig â'r prosiect. Fel tîm bach, byddwn yn cydweithio'n agos i gyflawni ein hamcanion.

Contract tymor sefydlog o 31 mis yw hwn, ac i ddechrau cyn gynted â phosib. Mae'r oriau gwaith yn 18 awr yr wythnos (i’w gweithio'n hyblyg yn unol ag angen y prosiect) gan gynnwys rhywfaint o waith bore, nos a phenwythnos. Rhaid i'r ymgeisydd fod yn chwaraewr tîm, yn hyblyg a threfnus gyda sgiliau cyfathrebu da. Bydd y swydd yn yr Wyddgrug ac yn gweithredu ledled Gogledd Cymru. Rhaid i ymgeiswyr fod â defnydd o'u car eu hunain, y telir treuliau ar ei gyfer. Bydd angen hysbysu’r Gwasanaeth Datgelu a Gwahardd.
